Description

All registrations are final, no refunds.
The event will be played rain or shine unless there is lightning, or the course is unplayable due to weather conditions.
If an event is cancelled, the Denver Golf team will notify all registered participants via email and post to our course conditions page at https://www.cityofdenvergolf.com/current-course-conditions/.
Cancellation & Rainout Policy
- Rainouts: The league director will make the final decision on cancellations. If a session is canceled, golfers will receive a rain check—there will be no make-up dates.
- Substitutions:
  - - Allowed but must be coordinated with the league director more than 24 hours in advance.
    - The substitute player will compete with a 0.0 handicap, regardless of their actual skill level.
