Valid at any of our 8 locations (view locations)
Valid for green fees, carts, lessons, range buckets and pro shop merchandise
Gift card not redeemable for food or beverage in the restaurants
Gift Card not redeemable for online items (Family Fun Pass, Learn & Play Pass, Loyalty Pass or Tournaments)
Valid 5 years from the last date any amount purchased or loaded on the card

*Refunds: If a player wishes to receive a refund, they will receive the funds back, less a $10.00 processing fee.

**Transfers: Players may transfer gift funds at anytime online as long as the recipient has a valid email address in the MemberSports system.

How can I view my gift card money online? Login at https://app.membersports.com/home, (your email should be your username). Once you are logged in, select “My Credits & Passes” from the menu options on the left side of the page.
I purchased a gift card, but I wanted to gift the money to someone else. How do I give the money to another player? First, you will need to know your intended recipients email address. Then, login to your MemberSports profile at https://app.membersports.com/home. Once you are logged in, select “My Credits & Passes” from the menu options on the left side of the page. To the right of the gift card, select transfer and enter your recipients email address in the pop up search box. **If your recipient does not have a profile in the MemberSports system please reach out via email to infodenvergolf@denvergov.org for help.
I purchased a gift card online, when will I see it online in my MemberSports account? It takes 1 business day for gift cards purchased online to be added to your online account in MemberSports.
- EX: If you purchase on Monday before 4 PM, the funds will show in your online account by Wednesday. If you purchase on a Friday before 4 PM, the membership will show in your online account by Tuesday. If you purchase after 4 PM on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday, the funds will show in your online account by Wednesday.
