ABOUT THE LEARN AND PLAY PROGRAM:
- This program is not designed to be completed quickly in 5 weeks.
- We encourage participants to take 1 clinic every 2-3 weeks and practice what they learn in between.
- There is no need to register for all 5 clinics at 1 time, more dates post each week and the schedule is adjusted based on the needs of the participants.
- We highly recommend that participants take the clinics in order from 1-5 as each clinic builds on what you learn in the prior clinic.
CLINIC SCHEDULE:
- There is a variety of weekday/weekend, morning and evening clinic options available.
- Clinics will run from April-September and be posted online approximately 30 days in advance of the clinic date.
- New clinics post weekly on Wednesdays.
- In April/May we occasionally delay posting if there are weather events causing cancellations to allow us to adjust the clinic schedule. We appreciate your patience during the Spring months.
- Clinics will run all summer long from 4/1 – 9/30.
- Clinic credits expire 9/30
CLINIC CREDITS:
- The online system tracks your usage.
- You will start with 5 credits.
- Each credit is equal to one group clinic.
- When you sign up for a clinic your credits are reduced by one.
CLINIC CANCELLATIONS:
- Pass holders MUST cancel or modify registrations online. If you fail to cancel at least 2 days prior to the group clinic date or fail to show up for the group clinic your available credits will be reduced by one.
- Group clinic will be automatically canceled 24 hours prior to the group clinic if there are fewer than 5 participants registered.
- Group clinic will be canceled one hour prior to the clinic time if the weather prohibits the clinic from happening.
- If the clinic is canceled for lack of participation or inclement weather the credit will be returned to your account to be used on a future group clinic.

CLINIC BOOKING:
- First, pass holders login on the Denver Golf clinic booking website (USchedule).
- Once logged in, players should select book clinic from the upper left corner of the website
- To view your pass type clinic availability use the filters from the left menu options.
- Check the box next to “By Clinic Category”
- Choose your pass type (1.0 or 2.0) from the drop down
