2024 Denver Golf Learn & Play 1.0 Pass

This program is designed to be flexible and get players on the course.  This is not a program where players sign up for every Saturday for 5 Saturdays.  We encourage players to take 1 or 2 clinics every couple of weeks and practice what you learn in between with the rounds and buckets included in the pass. You pick the dates and locations that work best for you–some players may complete the program in a month, others may complete it over 5 months.  The schedule shows 30 days of clinics at a time for players to sign up (exact schedule is available starting March 1st for active pass holders only).  There are weekday / weekend, morning/afternoon & evening times available.  Clinics will run all summer long from 4/1 – 9/30.

2024 Pass Includes:

1. (5) five 90-minute adult group clinics (5-8 students) valid April 2024-September 2024
   *Dates and times will vary (weekday/weekend; morning/evening)
   *Locations: City Park, Harvard Par-3, Kennedy, Overland Golf Courses, Wellshire & Willis Case
   *Clinic registration is online only
2. (5) five 9-hole Golf Rounds Valid January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024
   i. Reservations for golf rounds can be made no more than 2 days in advance
   ii. Green fees valid at the following locations & times:
   *Harvard Gulch: Monday – Sunday anytime before 3 PM
   *Kennedy Par 3: Monday – Sunday anytime
   *Kennedy West:
   • Monday – Thursday anytime
   • Friday – Sunday after 1 PM (April 1 to September 30)
   • Friday – Sunday after 11 AM (October 1 to March 31)
3. (5) five small range buckets valid January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024
   *Redeemable at: Aqua Golf, City Park, Kennedy & Overland
4. Pass for adults 18 years and older

      • You will not receive a physical pass. The pass is added to your profile in the system after purchase/redemption. The pro-shop will look up your name during check-out to use your pass.

The Come Learn & Play Pass is great for the novice adult golfer.

The Come Learn & Play Pass is for adults (18+ years) and includes

• (5) five 90-minute group clinics covering the fundamentals of etiquette, swing, rules and lingo (Aqua Golf, City Park, Harvard Gulch, Kennedy, Overland Park, Wellshire & Willis Case)
• (5) five 9-hole golf rounds (Harvard Gulch, Kennedy Par-3 or Kennedy West-9)
• (5) five small range buckets (Aqua Golf, City Park, Kennedy or Overland Park)

Who should participate in this program?
This program is great for adult golfers especially geared toward beginners,  people that have never held a club or players looking to improve their game.  The clinics will cover all the fundamentals and give players a great foundation to enjoy the game.

What if I don’t own golf clubs?
This program is designed for beginners, if you aren’t sure you want to invest in a set of clubs before you learn the game we can provide you loaner clubs for the duration of the program.  After you purchase the pass, there will be more details about requesting loaner clubs if you need them.  If you don’t want to borrow clubs, we do sell used clubs at Harvard Gulch Golf Course very reasonably priced.

CLINICS:

• Players receive a welcome email with a link to the schedule within 1 day after redeeming the pass code in MemberSports.
• Players must sign up for clinics online only. A variety of clinic times available: weekday, weekend, mornings and evenings.

RANGE BUCKETS:

• Buckets can be redeemed anytime at Aqua Golf, City Park, Kennedy or Overland driving ranges.
• Mention your pass at check-in and the bucket will be automatically deducted from your pass.

GOLF ROUNDS:

Clinic registration and participant check-in:

• Participants may access the restrooms and/or restaurant prior to clinic.
• No spectators are allowed.
• Participants that do not have their own equipment will be offered used clubs to use for the duration of the clinics and MUST bring to each clinic.
• Participants must bring their own water bottle or purchase from restaurant.
• Clinics consist of 5 – 8 participants and 1 instructor.

Rental equipment:

• If participants don’t have their own golf clubs, Denver Golf can provide used clubs for players to keep for the duration of the program, participants are responsible for their own clubs at all times.  To request golf clubs to use for the program fill out the survey in your welcome email.

This pass is designed for those new to the game to practice what they have learned and transition it onto the golf course.

PASS INCLUDES:

How do I redeem my pass?

Upon purchasing you should receive 2 emails. One email is a receipt confirming your purchase.  The second email is from noreply@membersports.com with instructions and a code.  You need to login to your tee time booking account on MemberSports > select my credits & passes from the left menu options > click redeem button at the top of the page > enter code included in the email from noreply@membersports.com.

How do I gift a pass?

To give the pass as a gift, you will want to purchase the item normally and then you can share the email with the code to redeem with your recipient.  Your recipient will then redeem the pass to their account to use at the courses.
